Site Inspections

We provide Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) either at your workshop on or on-site at your project.

We offer a variety of inspection services such as Visual (VT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Dye Penetrant (PT), Ultrasonic Weld Inspection (UT), and Ultrasonic Thickness Test (UTT). All our technicians are CBIP inspectors in the disciplines above or hold IIW-IWI weld inspector qualifications.

We specialise in inspections of welded joints in structural steel to New Zealand standards (AS/NZS 1554, all parts) and vehicle components (either modifications (LVVTA) or components post-accident).

We strive to provide reports within a 24hr period after the time of the inspection.
